Problem
This document provides information regarding the support life cycle of Physician Edition products of iMedConsent.

Solution
Dialog Medical provides free unlimited support of its licensed Physician Edition products for two years from the date of initial release. Unlimited support includes upgrade of any additional content, enhancements, and bug fixes which are developed for the current versions. Requests for program or content change will be considered during the two-year period.

Limited support may be received on a pay-per-call basis for an additional year (i.e., up to three years from the date of initial release). Limited support includes updates to content and any previously developed enhancements and bug fixes, however, no additional testing or development, including enhancement requests will be considered. Assistance will be offered to transition customers to a more current offering.
