The iMedConsent Server should be included in every facility's backup, restore, and disaster recovery process. Depending on the facility's current backup process, a system may already be in place but guidelines are needed for proper setup.

SQL and File backups are covered in the "File System Layout" document in your Manual under the section "Backup Software and Backup Agents".
The document lists out specific folders and files that are critical for backup and restore. It also lists files that are normally used during operation and should not be attempted for backup due to file locks.
