Problem
On a workstation with iMedConsent installed, there exists a printer named "iMedConsent Imaging"

Solution
Last Updated: 04/11/05

This printer was used by iMedConsent to convert the digital document into an image format for saving with your Document Imaging System.

Dialog Medical now utilizes a background Document Server on a dedicated server and changed the workstation media during version 3.7.

The iMedConsent Imaging printer is not installed on newer iMedConsent implementations. If your system currently has this printer installed, it can be safely removed.

To remove in Windows XP:
> Click Start
> Click Control Panel
> (in Category View) Click Printers and Other Hardware
> Click Printers and Faxes
> Right-click on iMedConsent Imaging
> Left-click Delete
> Click Yes on the confirmation dialog box
> Repeat for each imed printer

The printer drivers will not harm the system and should be left due to possible installer corruption from removal if not done properly.
